Job Title: Executive Assistant IV
Location: Bay Area, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Hourly pay range: $35.00-$38.00 on w2
Role Mandate: The main function of an executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical executive assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.
Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited):
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings

Must-Have Skills:
• 4-5 years of experience
• See projects and programs and have the ability to do a lot of large scale items
• Experience supporting a large company / larger teams and being able to navigate at a large scale
• Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience coordinating international travel or this process
• Someone who has supported a tech start up – wore a lot of hats (must have decent amount of experience)
• Tools: Microsoft Suite, Google Suite
Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to investigate and find solutions
Educational Requirements:
• Undergrad preferred
• Experience working with executives highly preferred
